Monday to Thursday @50/nite. (not including holidays and special event days)
All king size bed and 2 queen size pull up sofa bed in the living  
Room can sleep up to 8 people.

refrigrator, toster, utensil, pot and pan, glass ware, plate and cup, linen 
and towel, etc.

Our special early summer break holiday rate are as follow:    
Monday to Thurthday (not including holidays and special event days)
 all @50/ per nite/minimun 3 nites.  
$200/2-nites (minimun-2-nites) or $250/3-nights, or $500/week,   
or **$1500/month = which is equivalent to **$50/per-nite!!!       
A $300 security deposit will be refunded When you check-out if the
condo is left in the same condition as when U checked in :o))     
An additional $100 final cleaning fee is required. (non-  refundable !)
